No, we are unable to accept credit card payments for business loan payments.

One-time additional payments can easily be made online or send a payment by check.

ONLINE: Choose whether the amount will be applied to the next monthly payment or applied as additional principal.  Make a payment now.

MAIL: Send your additional payment noting whether the amount is to be applied to your next monthly payment or whether it's additional principal.

No! If you choose to pay off your loan early, you will not be charged any penalties.

To request your official payoff amount, call 888.394.0186 or contact us online. OnePlace Capital doesn't charge pre-payment penalties making it easy for you to pay off your loan when you're ready.

Your monthly payment amount will remain the same throughout the contracted period.

If you would like to make an extra payment, please specify how you would like it to be allocated. For example, you can choose to apply it towards your next monthly payment, make an additional payment towards the principal amount, or use it as a final payment towards the total amount owed. 

And, remember OnePlace Capital does not charge prepayment penalties so you can pay it off early whenever you choose!

  2. Log in and sign up for paperless delivery in the Document Center

After getting set up online, you'll receive an email notifying your billing notice is available online in the Document Center. Log in from your desktop or mobile app to view the notice.

OnePlace Basic

OnePlace Basic is our classic digital and mobile banking service for monitoring your accounts and transactions. View statements and notices, set up notifications and transfer funds between your accounts.

OnePlace Plus offers more advanced business features such as the ability to provide different levels of account permissions to multiple users accessing your account. Other services include Cash Management, Online Deposit, Positive Pay Fraud Protection and more.

OnePlace Plus Access

Please contact us if you're interested in enrolling in OnePlace Plus or access to any additional business services.

With OnePlace Plus, you'll need to contact us, and we'll help you with reset your username or password.

Any time validation is needed for a High Risk Transaction, you are prompted for further verification as another layer of security. One verification option available is called a ‘Hard Token’. You don't need a physical token. Simply download the VIP Access app which acts as a virtual or soft token for a secure form of verification. 

These tokens change every 30 seconds making them hard for fraudsters to bypass.

  1. Download the VIP Access app from the Apple App Store or Google Play on your mobile device.

  2. Log in to your OnePlace Plus account.

  3. Any time validation is needed for a High Risk Transaction, you will be prompted for further verification. To use token, select Hard Token from the Choose Delivery Method drop-down.

  4. Open your VIP Access App on your mobile device.

  5. Enter your Credential ID.

  6. Enter the first security code displayed. In 30 seconds, another code will be displayed. Enter the second security code.

  7. Click the button. This completes the initial set up of your token. Submit.

  8. Wait for a third code to display, enter the security code and click the Submit button. In the future, only this screen will be displayed and you will only need to enter one security code for validation of high risk transactions.
